Features
Write music.
Master it.
Two halves of the same idea: an editor for creating music and a practice companion for mastering it. Everything in the sections below works in the current development build. What’s coming soon and what’s still on the workbench is kept separate.
01Create
From first riff to finished arrangement.
Capture ideas, write guitar and bass parts, build multitrack songs and explore arrangements in an editor designed around the way musicians actually work.
Riff Blocks
Turn whole bars into named, reusable passages like “Main Riff”, “Chorus” or “Fill A” and place them throughout a song. Linked copies stay in sync, the notes stay visible and editable in the score, and any copy can become independent.
Tablature and notation
Edit guitar tablature with standard music notation alongside it.
Multi-track composition
Arrange complete songs across multiple tracks in a single project.
02Master
Don’t just learn the notes. Own them.
Loop difficult passages, slow things down and build your speed with flexible tempo training. SixLine helps turn notation into focused practice.
Playback
Play back your arrangement to hear exactly what you have written.
Slow it down
Slow a passage down to learn it, then bring it back up to speed.
Loop the hard part
Loop a difficult passage between two points and repeat it as often as you need.
03Compatibility
Bring your existing tabs with you.
Open the files you already have and keep working on them in SixLine.
Guitar Pro import
Open Guitar Pro files and continue working on them in SixLine.
MIDI
Work with MIDI alongside your tablature.
Formats: Guitar Pro (import), MIDI (supported). Guitar Pro is a trademark of Arobas Music. SixLine is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Arobas Music.
